Sara Ramirez was born in Mexico. She's an American-Mexican actress. She sings as well. Her mom raised her in the USA and she was subject to many racial taunts that made her feel like a non-person. She is known as a performer and also released a single and an extended play. She has also been an advocate for LGBT concerns.
