Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25 of 1970) is an American actress, best famous for her portrayal of the role of detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter and Dr. Sydney Hansen on NBC's Providence drama and The Resident's medical drama The Resident. She also received acclaim for her television debut breakthrough role of Eleni Andros Cooper in the CBS soap opera Guiding Light. Her notable film appearances comprise 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief and Snitch. The Wheel of Life, written by Elisabeth Kubler Ross and adapted into a feature film by Vlas Parlapanides (the team who invented Immortals) Immortals) is said to be in production.
