Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born 13 June 1962 in the US, is an actor. After her first movie Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack participant in WarGames 1982 as well as The Breakfast Club '85 she was known for being a part of this group. Sheedy earned the Independent Spirit Award Best Female leading for her role in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy's is both an American actor and a writer. She started her career in film by appearing in the crime-drama movie Bad Boys in the early 1980s. She was quite appreciated. The film, which was helmed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other well-known actors like Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. In the following film after her debut was released in 1985, she starred in the comedy and drama The Breakfast Club. John Hughes' film is considered to be one of the top high school film of all time. The film cost only $1,000,000 but it grossed over $50 million. She also began appearing in a variety of TV programs, such as CBS Schoolbreak. This was her debut on television. In April 1980, the show started airing. It was intended for teens. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues were some other television shows that the actress appeared on. Some of her latest appearances are in Little Sister and X-Men Apocalypse a film about the superhero X-Men that she appears in as a cameo. Sheedy for her amazing performances has been awarded numerous times, including her MTV Movie Award for Silver Bucket of Excellence Award in the year 2005.
